For starters, an individual routine does not mean that you need to put in a lot of mandatory poses, unless you are really the best in that particular shot when compared with the rest of the competition. The competitors have to be confronted and you should do your best poses against the weaker ones that they have. Comparisons that do not show you strong are not efficient.
