Chest exercise injuries


I did my chest workout today with max of 15kg each site for my last sets. Most of my workout for chest are similar as last week.

1. Flat Bench Press (12 reps of 4 sets)
2. Incline Bench Press (4 sets of 12 reps)
3. Dumbbell Overhead Pullover (4 sets of 12 reps)
4. Dumbbell Fly (4 sets of 12 reps)
