First Day in Gym


Today I hit my gym after 1 month of injury break. Everything seems so hard to me. Looks like I’m starting from zero back. Guy’s, I feel like all the training that was suffered for last 9 months gone wasted. It’s not a good day. Feel very tired easily and can’t really push even though it is only cardio + abs day.

Here is my training schedule:
1. First 40 minutes – Cycling
2. Rest 3 minutes
3. Three sets of abs exercises
3.1 Kneeling Cable Crunch (4 sets of 15 reps, rest 30 sec in between)
3.2 Decline Crunch with Plate at chest (4 sets of 15 reps, rest 30 sec in between
3.3 Hanging Leg Raise (4 sets of 15 reps, rest 30 sec in between)
5. Rest 3 minutes
6. Last 40 minutes – Rowing
