One day before hitting the gym


I have read article about diets and supplements. They explained that whatever you eat today is for tomorrow’s workout. I don’t know how far it is true, but I’m going to follow this words. Tomorrow, I’m going to take my meals like training days.

My diet schedule for workout days as below:

8.30am – 2 scoops of Muscletech Nitrotech Hardcore

9.30am – Breakfast (4 slice of bread + 5 White Egg Fried with sunflower oil with a glass of Milo/Horlicks)

10.30 – Take vitamins and tablets

12.00pm – Lunch (300g Rice, 1/2 Chicken, Vegetables)

2.00pm – 2 scoops of Muscletech Nitrotech Hardcore

4.00pm – 1 serving of NxLabs Plasmavol

5.00pm – Start my gym workout

8.00pm – End of workout. Take 2 scoops of Nutrex Vitargo

9.00pm – 2 scoops of Nitrotech Hardcore

10.00pm – Dinner (300g rice, ½ chicken, 3 white eggs, vegetables)

11.00pm – 1 glass of Cow’s Milk + 2 Large Pear Fruits

12.00am - Sleep
