Tips for Women's Bodybuilding Poses, Especially Routines

The irony in Women's Bodybuilding poses is that a lot of men are posing a lot better than women. This reached a degree that makes one think that female bodybuilders are better off watching some male bodybuilders and learning from them. Just look at the routines performed by Flex Wheeler, Milos Sarcev and Vince Taylor. Milos and Flex come with a very good combination of muscularity and grace in their bodybuilding posing routines and Vince Taylor is simply so creative that everybody wants to take a look at him when he poses. We need not completely attach women's bodybuilding poses as there are some out there that are great dancers and that do a great job at linking this with individual bodybuilding posing routines. On the other hand, there are also women that think they are good dancers and are not. For instance, Yolanda Hughes has a huge gymnastics training background. Few will be able to top her from this point of view. Many specialists have reached at the conclusion that bodybuilding poses, especially routines for women need to start by an analysis of what men do and implement it in personal routines with modifications of course that suit a woman.

In order to get the highest score possible in women's bodybuilding poses routines there is a need to implement some changes. For starters, an individual routine does not mean that you need to put in a lot of mandatory poses, unless you are really the best in that particular shot when compared with the rest of the competition. If you are in a routine be sure to show off your body as it is not a dancing or gymnastics competition or a strip show. It is bodybuilding so you have to hit your poses and hold them so that the audience and jury knows how you look like. Create variations on the basic poses that will show your body parts and make sure that they are just different enough to attract attention. Women's bodybuilding poses are also about knowing the type of your body and creating a routine that is good for it. The music is also important and must suit your body and routine. For instance, if you are little sized you can not open with music from Conan the Barbarian can you? Avoid very long posing routines and when in doubt, take a look at the aesthetic male posers. Keep in mind that you are judged and you must not waste your time on stage. Also, the last but not least tip for women's bodybuilding poses is to try and score points while on a posedown. The competitors have to be confronted and you should do your best poses against the weaker ones that they have. Comparisons that do not show you strong are not efficient.

Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.
