Nuts and Peanuts reduce heart attack risk

A study done by over 20,000 doctors showed that people that eat a small quantity of nuts and peanuts each week are less pronw to heart attacks. These subjects have shown a 47% increase in heart attack resistance. This is because of some fats that can be found in these two products, Mg. and Vitamin E. It has been proven by the Rush Institute in Chicago that they also reduce the risck of getting Alzheimer.
